Wine Creek guarantees quality products and service. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order and we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase.

However, all bottles 10 years or older are purchased at the buyer's risk. As such, we will not be able to give you an exchange or a refund.
