The Stehelin family has been winegrowers for 5 generations. Nicole and Frédéric have been running the Paillère en Pied-Gû estate since 1978. Bertrand, their oldest son, works with them and started his own estate “Bertrand Stehelin” in 2004. He started with 4 acres and gradually expanded his estate.
The vines are located on quaternary terraces with large rolled stones. The vines are between 60 and 80 years old. Harvest completely destemmed. Aging in stainless steel barrels for 12 to 15 months.
