Winemaker Notes

This medium-bodied wine shows red berry aromas and flavors that become spicy and earthy with age. Approachable in its youth, the wine can develop up to five years in bottle.

When this wine is young, serve it slightly chilled with red meat, or after a couple years of cellaring, serve it with more nuanced dishes such as game or cheese.
