A Valpolicella of great complexity and elegance that continues the more than centennial family tradition of the Ripasso method. The style is consistent with the typical expression of the three grapes Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella and with the terroir of the area. The Ripasso method is applied in a delicate way with the conduct of a second long maceration and fermentation on the freshly pressed Amarone marc to give the wine greater complexity, soft structure and intense color. The wine is aged for 2 years in large oak barrels.
