This Chardonnay of great character is obtained from high density and low yield vineyards and from precise winemaking techniques, which fully expresses the potential of elegance and minerality of the Illasi Valley terroir. A pure Chardonnay of great elegance and complexity, obtained from three different clones. The wine is partly vinified with fermentation and aging in French oak barriques.

Straw yellow color, crystalline and light shades tending to green. Intense aroma, typical of Chardonnay, with hints of fresh fruit and toasted vanilla aromas that veil the exotic aromas of pineapple and banana. On the nose, hints of citrus, hazelnuts and melted butter. The taste denotes an excellent and elegant fine and well balanced structure with a softness between acidity and flavor.
