Despite its dry taste profile, this red wine delights with a delicate melt and finely woven residual sweetness. Vinification of the Rari Nerello Mascalese Terre Siciliane from Cantine San Marzano

The basis for the balanced Rari Nerello Mascalese Terre Siciliane from Sicily are grapes from the Nerello Mascalese grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Sicily. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of limestone. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up.

This Italian red wine should best be enjoyed at a temperature of 15 - 18°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to duck breast with sugar snap peas, braised chicken in red wine or ossobuco.
