SENSORY DESCRIPTION
Color: intense ruby red with amaranth reflections. Bouquet: rich and complex, notes of cocoa, chocolate, raisins, ripe plums and black cherries. Taste: The taste profile is of refined compactness and harmony. Complex, with dominant notes of raisins, plums and hints of vanilla. Evolved and persistent.

Corvina Veronese 70%, Rondinella 25%, Corvinone 5%.

VINIFICATION and REFINING
Once the drying has been completed, the pressing and then the alcoholic fermentation take place, in steel containers, at constantly controlled temperatures and for a period of about one month. Subsequently, the Amarone is left to refine for at least two and a half years in 35 hl Slavonian oak barrels and 6 months in tonneau.
