A venture by two friends, both esteemed sommeliers and vigneron, and now, solely headed by Franck Massard - Epicure Wines is now positioned as producer of fine Spanish wines. Intensely passionate about wines, Franck's aim is to produce wines that reflect the essence of the vineyard and its intrinsic yet intriguing quality. His vineyards rest across Spain but shares common attritibutes like marginal climate, high elevation with sheltered slopes, century old vines and individuality in the varying terroirs.
Winemaker's Note:
A dark red ruby colour with vibrant purple tinges. Savoury nose mingled with violet and freshly gathered red berries, supported by a light touch of wood. Finely textured tannins, a seamless structure, certain minerality (graphite) interacting with the vivid fruit and a long silky finish.
