Cervaro della Sala is Antinori's benchmark white from Umbria's Castello della Sala estate — a Chardonnay-led blend with a splice of Grechetto, barrel-fermented in a style inspired by white Burgundy but distinctly Italian in character.

Pale gold, it shows white peach, toasted hazelnut and a honeyed richness, with a full, creamy texture balanced by fresh acidity through a long, complex finish.
