Ausas Interpretacion 2018

The 2018 vintage of Ausas "Interpretación," from old-vine Garnacha in the granite highlands of the Sierra de Gredos — a cooler, higher-altitude counterpoint to Spain's more familiar warm-climate Garnacha styles.

Pale ruby, aromatic with red cherry, dried herbs and a granite-driven minerality, light-framed with fine tannins and a fresh, savoury finish.
