About the Winery:
Since 1783 the estate has been producing beautiful wines in Valeyrac, close to the mouth of the Gironde and is planted to half Cabernet Sauvignon and half Merlot. The river helps balance temperature and humidity and contributes to a gentle ripening process. The wine is fermented in steel and concrete vats and then aged for one year in oak.
