Grace Vineyard's first sparkling wine, from the loess plateau of Shanxi province. Pale green with a hint of straw; fresh pineapple, toast and savoury bread notes lead to honeyed aroma. Rich on the palate with a touch of creaminess, fruit sweetness and a complex finish.
