Isole e Olena's varietal Cabernet Sauvignon sits alongside Cepparello as one of the estate's flagship reds, showing what the grape can do on Chianti Classico's galestro soils when farmed by one of Tuscany's most meticulous producers.

Deep garnet, it shows blackcurrant, cedar and a touch of tobacco, with firm, polished tannins and a long, structured finish that balances New World generosity with Tuscan restraint.
