Petit Mont Baima Snow Mountain Derong Cabernet Sauvignon 2023

An exceptionally unique Cabernet Sauvignon from Petit Mont's Yunnan vineyards near Baima Snow Mountain. Intense red and black fruit aromas with barely-noticeable green notes; despite no new oak ageing, the wine still shows real complexity with subtle star anise and cassia spice. A rare delicacy for the variety, with age-worthy tannins, round acidity and a rich, lingering finish.
