Saurwein's "Nom" Pinot Noir — from the Kaaimansgat Vineyard in the Elandskloof Valley at 700m altitude. Red and black cherry fruit with rose hip, cocoa and a distinctive orange rind character, framed by silky, medium-grained tannins and balanced acidity.
