Silver Heights Family Reserve 2020

From Silver Heights, planted at 1,200 metres on Helan Mountain's eastern hillside — one of China's highest vineyards. Attractive cassis and well-managed herbaceous notes sit over a generous core of fruitier black plum from the Merlot component. Careful use of new oak (20%) leaves ripe dark fruit marrying well with clove, toast and smoke, finishing with lifted acidity and slightly chewy tannins.
