Tyrrell's Vat 1 is Australia's most decorated Semillon, sourced from old, unirrigated Hunter Valley vines and made in the region's famously understated style — bottled young and low in alcohol, built to transform in the bottle over decades.

Pale lemon-gold, it's crisp with citrus and green apple in youth, developing toasty, honeyed complexity with age, all carried on the Hunter's signature bracing acidity to a long, dry finish.
