Lifted aromas of jasmine, tangelo pith, kaffir lime and quince. A luscious and concentrated palate with ripe melon, apricot and stonefruit notes balance with an elegant minerality at the finish.
VINEYARD & WINE MAKING
After cool early morning harvest, the fruit from three premium vineyards were gently pressed to create four unique juice parcels, retaining only freerun and light pressings fractions. Fermented cool in stainless steel vats with selected aromatic yeast strains to retain varietal intensity and character. Matured on light lees for a further six months, before being racked and blended.
