A classic rosé made from Pinot Noir. Not looking for excessive fruit, but rather in a nice balance. Most of the aging took place in stainless steel, followed by lees storage, as is usual in the winery.

Soil: red sandstone weathering, loess

Yield: 65 hl/ha
