Alheit Cartology 2021

Alheit's "Cartology" — the estate's flagship cuvée and a benchmark of contemporary South African fine wine, a blend of old dry-farmed bush vine Chenin Blanc and Sémillon from heritage Western Cape vineyards. Citrus blossom, stone fruit and crushed stone with a fine, mineral-driven palate.

Pairs with roast chicken, richer seafood, or aged cheeses.
