Champagne Barbier-Louvet Heritage Blanc de Noirs Brut 1er Cru NV

Champagne Barbier-Louvet is a seven-generation family story: founder Théophile Blondel bought the estate's first vines in 1835, in the Premier Cru terroirs of Louvois and Bouzy on the Montagne de Reims. The Heritage Blanc de Noirs is a 100% Pinot Noir cuvée, blended with 30–40% reserve wines and aged 2–3 years on lees.

A beautiful old-gold robe introduces an engaging nose of ripe apple, yellow peach, dried fruit and toasted almond. The palate is generous and fleshy, full-bodied with a pleasant rusticity and good length — a Champagne built for the table, not just the toast.

Tasting notes: 100% Pinot Noir, organically farmed. Old gold; ripe orchard fruit and toasted almond; full-bodied, long finish.
