Champagne Pascal Machet Tradition Brut NV

Champagne Pascal Machet is a fourth-generation, family-run grower estate in Vaudemange — the "Perle Blanche" of the Montagne de Reims — now overseen by Landry and Laura Machet, farming sustainably across four hectares of Premier Cru vines. Cuvée Tradition, a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, is the estate's signature: approachable, precise, and genuinely food-friendly.

Pale golden with a fine, persistent mousse, it opens with green apple, white peach and pear, gaining pastry and lightly toasted almond notes with air. The palate is round and generous, with citrus zest and chalky minerality carrying through to a long, dry finish.
