Founded in the 13th century by the Knights Templar, Commanderie de Peyrassol sits in a natural amphitheatre in the foothills of the Massif des Maures, protected from harsh maritime humidity. The estate farms organically across dry, rocky clay-and-limestone soils that give its rosé real freshness.

A pale pink rosé with clear highlights, 'La Croix' opens with red berries and delicate citrus, then turns lively and thirst-quenching on the palate with a touch of refreshing green fruit — the classic Provençal-summer style, done properly.
