Hamilton Russell Pinot Noir 2021

A refined, site-driven Pinot Noir from Hamilton Russell's Hemel-en-Aarde Valley estate — cherries and wild strawberries with dried herbs, paprika, citrus rind and stones. Medium-bodied with round texture, impressive tension and a lingering, spiced finish.

Pairs with roast duck, game birds, or mushroom dishes.
