Isole e Olena Cepparello Toscana IGT 2019

Isole e Olena is one of Chianti Classico's most respected estates, and Cepparello — a 100% Sangiovese IGT first made in 1980 — remains its flagship, predating the "Super Tuscan" boom and still setting the benchmark for pure, terroir-driven Sangiovese.

Deep garnet, it's layered with sour cherry, dried rose and tobacco leaf, with firm, fine tannins and a long, savoury finish that rewards cellaring.
