Lismore Syrah 2018

Lismore's entry Syrah — from the estate's heavy decomposed shale soils in one of South Africa's coolest wine-growing climates. Bright, juicy wild cherry and bramble fruit lifted by floral violet and white pepper spice, light and elegant with fresh acidity.

Pairs with roast lamb, charcuterie, or peppered dishes.
