A clear, beautiful pale pink rosé with an exuberant, aromatic bouquet — elderflower and orange blossom lead, followed by peach, pear, mango, cherry and plum. Full-bodied and vibrant on the palate, with a fleeting sweetness reminiscent of red bean shaved ice, balanced by a long, dry finish of impressive complexity and depth.
