This Prosecco Treviso Brut Nature by Serena 1881 is made with 85% Glera grapes and with other white berried grapes for the remainder.
The wine is obtained by harvesting grapes from the Treviso area. The manufacturing process involves the use of the Charmat method, i.e. with second fermentation in pressurized tanks.
Bright straw yellow in colour with slight greenish reflections, it has a lively perlage with hints of acacia flowers and yellow apple. Fresh on the palate, it is enveloping, with returns of fresh fruit and good persistence.
Ideal with fresh cheeses, it goes well with vegetarian lasagna and grilled vegetables.
