Vinification: Small vineyard (3000 m2 surface) located in Francavilla Bisio vinified in purity. Pre-fermentative cold maceration for 48 hours and subsequent inoculation of yeast. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, racking with separation of flower wine. Maturation in steel tank.
Alcohol content: 13°
Tasting notes: ruby red color, good aroma, hints of red fruit with a spicy final note.
Pairing: cold cuts, cheese, red meat.
