Vik 2016

Vik is the estate's flagship, a Cabernet Sauvignon and Carmenère-led blend aged in French oak. Complex and powerful: cassis, dark cherry, spice and graphite with firm, polished tannins and long ageing potential.

Pair with dry-aged steak and game.
