Winemaker Notes
Deep purplish red, clean and bright. On the nose, a range of red fruits, such as raspberry and cherry predominate with a high aromatic intensity joining with balsamic and cocoa, coffee and roasted tones. A fresh and elegant wine, with an easy and balanced entry into the mouth, leaving feelings of meatiness and volume in the passage through it. Slightly sweet and toasted notes and a pleasant and balanced aftertaste where we return to remember all the fruity tones detected in the olfactory phase.
Pairs well with fried fish and sauce, sausage, white meat, roasted poultry, sea and mountain rice, soft or under-cured cheeses .
