Waimea Estate was founded in 1993 by the Bolitho family. They have over 140 hectares of vineyards in Nelson, New Zealand, where they produce a diverse range of wines, including Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, and Riesling. Their wines are known for their approachable flavor profiles and refined acidity. Waimea Estate has won numerous awards for its wines, and in 2019, they joined other family-owned New Zealand wineries to form Booster Wine Group. The winery is committed to crafting exceptional wines that embody the spirit of Waimea Plains.
