The Tempranillo grapes are hand harvested from vines that are planted in chalky-clay souls more than 40 years ago and at 500-600 meters above sea level. After the grapes were harvested they have been matured for 2 years in American oak barrels that are made in house.
This Rioja has a high intensity of aroma that carries vanilla, toasted caramel, biscuit and coffee against a backdrop of balsamic richness. The palate has a great acidity and a good balance of freshness and mild tannins. You will find notes of prunes, jam, vanilla and caramel.

Perfect with barbecues, rice, pasta or stews. Incredibly versatile!
